Challenges
There is no better way to kick off a new fitness goal than with a workout challenge! Challenges are hosted seasonally and range between 1 – 3 months long. Keep motivation high while people around the world cheer you on as they power through with you! Create lifelong healthy habits and see real changes by committing to exercise and nutrition throughout the entire challenge.
Follow along workouts
Press play and exercise alongside Certified Personal Trainer, Margaret Cresta. She’ll take you from warm up to cool down in 30 minutes. Choose between various cardio, full body, lower body, and upper body workouts that leave you feeling invigorated.
Programs
SWEAT ENRGY includes various programs to follow based on your personal goals. Whether you are looking to gain muscle or lose weight, there is a program designed to help you navigate the process. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. Following a workout program and tracking progress is a great way to see real results.
Recipes
Healthy and easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and smoothies. All recipes are calorie & macro counted to help you live a healthy, happy and balanced life. Photos and step by step instructions are included for every meal. Search by meal type, calorie range, and dietary preference.
